Comic Con Baltics is a next-generation entertainment festival, bringing together 37,000 visitors from across the Baltic region every year. The three-day festival takes place at LITEXPO in Vilnius, where film, comic, gaming, cosplay, K-Pop, technology and other communities meet.

Actions Taken

• Expanded Advertising Channels: Increased our marketing footprint by adding TikTok, Reddit, and Google to the mix. We also launched targeted YouTube ad campaigns.
• Optimised Conversion Tracking: Properly configured tracking systems, enabling ad platforms to accurately identify and target higher-intent audiences.
• Strict Age Demographics: Defined strict age parameters for our audiences (correcting the previous agency's oversight of serving ads to senior citizens).
• Strategic Ad Segmentation: Implemented a segmented advertising structure. Generic visuals from past festivals were shown strictly to cold audiences. Meanwhile, bottom-of-funnel content—like ticket carousels, guest announcements, event programmes, and price-increase warnings—was served exclusively to users actively interested in the festival.
• Daily Account Hygiene: Conducted daily account maintenance, closely monitoring and adjusting based on ad performance data.
• Rapid Feedback Loop: Maintained highly responsive communication, providing feedback and updates within just a few hours.
• Cross-Platform Budget Management: Allocated budgets across different platforms and tracked them weekly via a centralized Google Sheet, mapping costs directly against revenue from each channel.
• Performance-Driven Growth: Allocated dedicated growth budgets to additional social media networks, fully guided by performance metrics.
