Senior Google Ads Specialist
In the BRN team I’m responsible for setting up clients’ conversion tracking and managing Google Ads campaigns. I enjoy my work because it is constantly changing and dynamic. By that I mean you have to keep learning all the time – and I like that. I remember when I chose this path ten years ago at another agency, my manager’s first question was: was I ready to learn continuously? Over time I realised that I love getting into the details, and this job is all about them. Tiny details in advertising – from choosing the right keyword to writing the line that will attract a potential client. Tiny details in conversion tracking – a single incorrect variable and the client won’t see the results. Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential everywhere. I also really value the trust in me as a person and the freedom I have in my work. I plan my own schedule; no one is poking me from above saying “Do this, do that.” I don’t feel like an employee here, but like a partner whose opinion is genuinely listened to.

What do I enjoy?

When I’m tired of work, I like doing exercises with the other blokes in the hospital park. After a workout I usually reward myself with a chicken kebab from Boso kebabai. I really enjoy taking my two cats for walks and watching the puzzled looks on passers-by’s faces, as if they’re thinking: “What on earth is he doing?” I’m also a keen cyclist – I have an MTB (mountain) bike. In summer I cycle about 100 km a week, mostly on forest paths and gravel tracks rather than just on main roads. I have a vivid imagination, so I read fantasy books (The Witcher) and watch films in the same genre (Fantastic Beasts). And when I’m in the mood for something more serious, I put on documentaries on Netflix – American Murder, Unsolved Mysteries and the like. On cold autumn evenings I watch Žalgiris and EuroLeague games. At the start of every season I’m an optimist, as the season goes on I become a pessimist, and by the end I’m a realist.
